The AI runs on your own API key
Most platforms resell AI to you with a margin on top. Fynl does not. You connect your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, you pay the model provider directly at their rates, and Fynl charges nothing on that usage. You keep the key, and you can revoke it whenever you like. An API key is not the same as a ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro subscription — those only work inside their own apps. You create the key on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com or platform.openai.com) and pay only for what you use; Claude Max plans include monthly API credits you can put toward it.

Is this a CRM or a whole business platform?
Both, and that is the point. The CRM is the spine; the calendar, quotes, invoices, website and inbox all hang off the same contact.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Setup is a short form, and we move your data across.
What does the AI cost?
Whatever your own Claude or ChatGPT API key costs you, billed by use. A ChatGPT or Claude chat subscription doesn't cover it. Fynl adds nothing on top.
