How an AI agent team works
Every agent sits at a desk (Leads, Clients, Money, Reviews or Marketing), has one job described in plain words, and runs on its own days and hours in your business's time zone. When it runs it checks what is already in your inbox, drafts and sent mail so nothing is done twice, then writes a short report. Fynl keeps each draft so the office can learn your voice from how you change it.

How it stays safe
Drafts only
Every email, post and blog entry is saved as a draft: in your Gmail drafts, your Social Planner, Websites then Blog, or your task list. The agents have no way to send or publish anything.
You approve
You read it, change it and send it yourself. Each run ends with a short plain-English report of what the agent did and where its drafts are waiting.
Your own AI key
The agents run on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, not a chat subscription. You pay the AI company directly, and you can revoke the key whenever you like.
A monthly limit
You set a monthly spending limit for the agents. It starts at $25. If they reach it they pause until you raise it or the month turns over, and you are told.
What it costs
Agents Office is its own subscription, not part of the Starter or Agency plan, and it works with either. The free accounts that the form builder and booking page create have no plan to add it to.

About AI agents for small business
What are AI agents for a small business?
In Fynl's Agents Office, an agent is an AI worker with one job in plain words, a desk, and a schedule. It might answer new inquiries, follow up with leads who went quiet, remind customers about their next visit or draft a post. It reads your leads, calendar, invoices and inbox, and it leaves its work as a draft for you to approve.
Will it send emails or post for me?
No. The agents only ever leave drafts: emails in your Gmail drafts, posts in your Social Planner, blog entries under Websites and reminders as tasks. You read each one, change it and send or publish it yourself. They have no way to send or publish on their own.
Is Agents Office included in my Fynl plan?
No. It is a separate add-on that works with any Fynl plan, for $19.99 a month or $200 a year (about two months free). Starter is $49 a month and Agency is $149 a month, and neither includes it. You can cancel the add-on at any time.
My kind of business is not on the list. Can I still use it?
Yes. Pick Other in Agents Office, then add ready-made agents one at a time, such as a social media planner, a blog writer, an inbox assistant, lead follow-up, appointment reminders, an invoice chaser, review requests and a weekly report, or describe your own. You can change, pause or remove any agent.
Can I use my ChatGPT Plus or Claude subscription to run the agents?
No. A chat subscription is not an API key. Claude Pro, Claude Max, ChatGPT Plus and similar plans can't be connected to Fynl. The agents run on your own API key, which you create on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com for Claude, platform.openai.com for ChatGPT) and pay for per use. If you pay for Claude Max, it includes monthly API credits ($100 a month on Max 5x, $200 on Max 20x) that you can link to your key in Claude's billing settings. The $19.99 a month pays for Agents Office itself; Fynl adds nothing on top of what the AI company charges.
