Before you write
These three come up most, so here they are up front:
Can you move my contacts from GoHighLevel or another CRM?
Yes, we do the import for you — contacts, tags, custom fields and pipeline. Nothing is deleted from your old system.
Do I need my own AI key?
For the AI features, yes — your own Claude or ChatGPT API key. That is separate from a ChatGPT Plus or Claude subscription, which can't be connected to Fynl. You pay the model provider directly for what you use, and Fynl adds nothing on top.
Does it do text messaging?
Not yet. If your business runs on SMS today, tell us and we will say honestly whether to wait.
