Fynl Agents Office

A 3D office where a team of AI agents works your business — and leaves every reply, follow-up and post as a draft for you to approve.

Take it with you. The whole thing as a PDF — no sign-up, no email required.

WHAT THIS ADDSMost AI tools hand you a chat box and leave the rest to you. Agents Office works the other way round: you see a floor, each agent sits at its own desk, and work moves between them. Nothing is sent behind your back — every email, post and follow-up arrives as a draft and you decide what goes out.

Where Agents Office lives

Sign in at portal.fynl.io and open Agents Office. You get a 3D floor: the Office Manager stands in the middle, with department desks around it — Client Desk, Clients, Outreach, SEO & Blog, Social & Google, Operations and Creative Studio.

The bar along the top shows how many agents are on the floor, how many items are waiting on a decision from you, and how many are working right now. If you run more than one business, each gets its own floor and you switch between them with the tabs.

Twelve ready-made teams — don't start from scratch

You don't have to work out which agents you need. fynl.io/ai-agents has twelve ready-made teams, a hundred agents between them, each written for one kind of business: photographers and videographers, wedding and event planners, real estate, salons and spas, plumbers and home services, coaches and consultants, restaurants and caterers, dentists and clinics, gyms and studios, law and accounting firms, and more.

Pick your trade and the whole team is built — desks, weekly schedule and rules included.

Two ways to add an agent

By hand. Right-click any empty spot on the floor. You get Hire an agent here…, Add manager desk here…, New desk… and Add an existing agent…, and the agent takes that desk.

By sentence. At the bottom of the screen there's a box that says Tell the floor what to do…. Write what you want in plain English — "build me an agent that answers Instagram messages" — and the AI creates the agent and its desk. The dropdown beside it decides whether the sentence goes to the whole floor or one agent.

What the Gym button actually does

There's a button at the top called Gym. Press it and every agent downs tools for a few minutes and goes to rest — yoga mats, animation and all.

It isn't only decoration. During that break the agents' memory refreshes and half-finished work is handed between them, so when they come back each one knows what the others have done. The button then turns into Back to work, and you can open the report for that break.

The right-hand panel is where your day starts

The column on the right is the part to read each morning:

  • Blockers — work that can't move without a decision from you.
  • Lead inbox — replies written and waiting, not yet sent.
  • Handoffs — what passed from one agent to another, with times.
  • At a glance — how each department is doing.
  • Briefing — the state of the floor in a few sentences, which you can have read aloud.

No agent sends anything on its own. Everything waits as a draft for you to read, change and send.

Eight looks

The Look button changes the whole floor: a rooftop over Los Angeles, a zen garden, a space station, a grand library, under the sea, a block world, a creature meadow, or toy bricks. The work doesn't change — only the room you look at all day.

Your own AI key

Agents Office runs on your API key, Claude or ChatGPT. You pay the model provider directly and Fynl adds nothing on top. Note that a Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus subscription isn't enough — you need an API key.

What it costs

Agents Office is an add-on to either Fynl plan: $19.99 a month or $200 a year.

The plans themselves: $49 a month for Starter, for your own business, and $149 a month for Agency — unlimited client accounts, white-label reselling and the automation tools.

DO THISTonight, open the ready-made team for your kind of business, switch on one agent and leave the rest off. Read its drafts in the morning. When you trust that one, turn on the second.

Questions people also ask

What does Agents Office actually do?

It's a team of AI agents working inside the Fynl portal on your business: answering customers, following up, posting, reporting. Every one of those arrives as a draft, and you decide what goes out.

Do the agents send emails by themselves?

No. Everything they produce waits in the right-hand panel until you approve it. Nothing reaches a customer without you.

Do I need to know anything technical to build one?

No. Either open the ready-made team for your kind of business, or type one sentence at the bottom of the screen saying what you want and the AI builds the agent.

Is the Gym button real, or just animation?

It's real. During the break the agents' memory refreshes and unfinished work is handed between them. The animation is just how that is shown.

What if I run several businesses, or clients?

Each business gets its own floor and you switch with the tabs at the top. If you run an agency, the Agency plan gives you unlimited client accounts.

What Fynl.io is, and where it fits

Fynl.io is one portal a small business runs itself on, instead of five subscriptions that do not talk to each other.

✓A CRM and pipeline that shows every lead and where it stopped
✓A calendar clients can book straight into
✓Quotes, contracts and invoices, with deposits taken up front
✓A website and form builder, so the enquiry lands in the same place
✓Your Gmail connected, so the whole thread sits on the contact
✓Automations for the follow-up you keep forgetting to send

The AI runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key. You keep the key, you pay the model provider directly, and there is no markup on top of it. There is no SMS or phone calling yet, and we would rather say so than let you find out later.

The agents run on the same data as the rest of the Fynl portal — contacts, forms, invoices, calendar and inbox — so there is nothing to copy across. An agent sees the real customer and the real booking.
