Discovery Call Inquiry Replier
Drafts a personal reply that books the discovery call.
Weekdays at 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM and 6 PM
For a coach or consultant, almost every client starts with a conversation, so an inquiry has one job: book the discovery call. This team drafts the reply that does it, prepares you for each call, writes the recap afterwards, and keeps following up with the people who said they would think about it.
An add-on to any Fynl plan: $19.99 a month or $200 a year. Drafts only, so nothing is sent without you.
8 agents work at 5 desks (Leads, Clients, Money, Reviews and Marketing). The Discovery Call Inquiry Replier answers each new inquiry with one question about their goal and two call times from your calendar. It states a package range only if your website or emails already say one; otherwise it says the price depends on their goals. Before each call, Call Prep & Recap adds a short brief to your tasks from the email history. Afterwards it drafts a thank-you recap with a [NEXT STEPS] placeholder.
Answers new inquiries and follows up with the ones who go quiet.

Each agent works on its own days and hours, in your business's time zone. This is a normal week for a coaching or consulting practice, and it comes straight from the schedules in the team above.
The Weekly Owner Digest is waiting at 7 AM: inquiries, calls booked, money owed and the one thing to do first. At 8 AM Call Prep & Recap leaves a short brief for each call in the next 24 hours: who they are, what they asked, what you have sent them and one good question to ask. The Proposal & Invoice Chaser follows at 10 AM.
The Blog & Social Writer saves a blog post draft that answers a question your clients really ask, taken from your emails. The Podcast & Partner Notes agent finds podcast hosts, event organizers or complementary coaches and drafts a pitch with a guest topic or joint workshop idea. The Testimonial & Referral Asker drafts requests for clients whose program ended about a week ago.
The Discovery Call Follow-up keeps working through prospects who have gone quiet, including people who had a call and did not buy. The Proposal & Invoice Chaser nudges unanswered proposals and unsigned agreements.
The Blog & Social Writer drafts one social post: a useful idea, a lesson from the work with no client names, or a question for your followers. Another round of podcast and partner pitches goes into your drafts.
Call Prep & Recap writes the week's last recaps at 4 PM, the Proposal & Invoice Chaser makes its final pass, and the Testimonial & Referral Asker prepares another round of requests.
Nothing runs on Saturday or Sunday unless you press Run on an agent. The team picks up again on Monday at 7 AM.
The agents can read your leads, calendar, invoices and inbox, and they can write drafts and tasks. They cannot send an email, publish a post, book an appointment or change a lead or an invoice. Fynl does not send text messages or answer phone calls yet, and neither do the agents.
Every email, post and blog entry is saved as a draft: in your Gmail drafts, your Social Planner, Websites then Blog, or your task list. The agents have no way to send or publish anything.
You read it, change it and send it yourself. Each run ends with a short plain-English report of what the agent did and where its drafts are waiting.
The agents run on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, not a chat subscription. You pay the AI company directly, and you can revoke the key whenever you like.
You set a monthly spending limit for the agents. It starts at $25. If they reach it they pause until you raise it or the month turns over, and you are told.
In Agents Office, choose your kind of business. The whole coaching team is set up in one click, each agent at its own desk.
Connect Gmail and add your own Claude or ChatGPT API key under Account then AI. Without a key an agent waits at its desk.
Open your drafts, edit what you like and send. You can change, pause or remove any agent whenever you want.
Agents, schedules and prices on this page were last checked on October 17, 2026.
It cannot hear your calls. It drafts the recap from the email history around the call, with a [NEXT STEPS] placeholder for you to fill in, and it never invents what was discussed.
It drafts the reply, with two call times from your Fynl calendar and one question about their goal. It reads your calendar but does not book anything itself, so you stay in control of what goes on it.
The Discovery Call Follow-up includes them. On day 2, 5, 8, 12 and 16 it writes something short and useful rather than a pitch, asks what would help them decide or whether the timing is wrong, and then stops.
It drafts from questions your clients really ask in your emails, with no invented statistics, and Fynl keeps each draft so the office can learn from how you change it. Either way nothing is published until you approve it.
No. A chat subscription is not an API key. You may already pay for a chat subscription to think out loud. Claude Pro, Claude Max, ChatGPT Plus and similar plans can't be connected to Fynl. The agents run on your own API key, which you create on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com for Claude, platform.openai.com for ChatGPT) and pay for per use. If you pay for Claude Max, it includes monthly API credits ($100 a month on Max 5x, $200 on Max 20x) that you can link to your key in Claude's billing settings. The $19.99 a month pays for Agents Office itself; Fynl adds nothing on top of what the AI company charges.
8 agents, one click to set up, and every draft waits for your approval. $19.99 a month, or $200 a year.
