Trial & Membership Replier
Drafts a friendly reply with prices and a trial class to every inquiry.
Every day at 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM and 8 PM
A studio lives on a simple path: inquiry, trial class, member. Most of the people who fall off that path do it quietly, with a missed reply or a class they meant to book. This team watches the path for you and drafts the nudge at each step.
An add-on to any Fynl plan: $19.99 a month or $200 a year. Drafts only, so nothing is sent without you.
8 agents work at 5 desks (Leads, Clients, Money, Reviews and Marketing). The Trial & Membership Replier drafts a friendly reply with your membership or intro-offer pricing from your price list or past emails, and offers two upcoming classes from your calendar. The Trial Class Follow-up writes on day 2, 5, 8, 12 and 16, and Member Win-back drafts a no-guilt note to members who have not been in for a month or more. All drafts; nothing is sent.
Answers new inquiries and follows up with the ones who go quiet.

Each agent works on its own days and hours, in your business's time zone. This is a normal week for a studio, and it comes straight from the schedules in the team above.
The Weekly Owner Digest is ready at 7 AM: new leads, trials, money owed and the one thing to do first. At 9 AM Class & Community Posts looks at this week's classes and events and drafts a post highlighting two or three of them. The Membership Payment Chaser drafts light reminders for failed or unpaid membership invoices at 10 AM.
Member Win-back finds members who have not been in for a month or more and drafts a short, warm note with a few upcoming classes. The Wellness Partner Notes agent drafts intros to physios, nutritionists, chiropractors and corporate wellness contacts, and the Review & Referral Asker drafts requests for people who tried a class or joined about a week ago.
The Trial Class Follow-up keeps working through trial and inquiry leads, from a tip for getting started on day 5 to two upcoming class times on day 12. The Membership Payment Chaser makes its midweek pass.
Class & Community Posts drafts a Google Business post about a workshop, an event or what a class is like, written to welcome beginners.
The Membership Payment Chaser makes its last pass, with a task for you to talk to anyone 21 days behind. The Review & Referral Asker prepares another round of requests, with a bring-a-friend ask if you run that offer.
Saturday keeps the Trial & Membership Replier running seven times from 8 AM to 8 PM, and the Trial Class Follow-up runs at 10 AM.
Sunday has one agent running: the Trial & Membership Replier, seven times between 8 AM and 8 PM.
The agents can read your leads, calendar, invoices and inbox, and they can write drafts and tasks. They cannot send an email, publish a post, book an appointment or change a lead or an invoice. Fynl does not send text messages or answer phone calls yet, and neither do the agents.
Every email, post and blog entry is saved as a draft: in your Gmail drafts, your Social Planner, Websites then Blog, or your task list. The agents have no way to send or publish anything.
You read it, change it and send it yourself. Each run ends with a short plain-English report of what the agent did and where its drafts are waiting.
The agents run on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, not a chat subscription. You pay the AI company directly, and you can revoke the key whenever you like.
You set a monthly spending limit for the agents. It starts at $25. If they reach it they pause until you raise it or the month turns over, and you are told.
In Agents Office, choose your kind of business. The whole studio team is set up in one click, each agent at its own desk.
Connect Gmail and add your own Claude or ChatGPT API key under Account then AI. Without a key an agent waits at its desk.
Open your drafts, edit what you like and send. You can change, pause or remove any agent whenever you want.
Agents, schedules and prices on this page were last checked on October 17, 2026.
No. It reads your Fynl calendar to offer upcoming classes and drafts the reply, but it does not book anyone in. Booking itself stays in your Fynl booking page or calendar.
The Membership Payment Chaser reads your unpaid invoices and drafts a light first reminder and a clearer second one, and after 21 days it adds a task so you can talk to the member yourself. It skips any invoice reminded in the last five days. It reads invoices in your Fynl account, so memberships billed in another system are outside its view.
Yes. Member Win-back compares who came in the last 90 days with who came in the last 30, and drafts a no-guilt note to anyone who has gone quiet, with a few upcoming classes. It offers a freeze, a free class or a deal only if you have offered one before.
Both. The team is written for gyms, yoga and pilates studios and personal trainers: the trial or intro-session reply, the follow-up, member win-back, payment reminders and community posts.
No. A chat subscription is not an API key. You may already use a chat subscription for class descriptions and captions. Claude Pro, Claude Max, ChatGPT Plus and similar plans can't be connected to Fynl. The agents run on your own API key, which you create on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com for Claude, platform.openai.com for ChatGPT) and pay for per use. If you pay for Claude Max, it includes monthly API credits ($100 a month on Max 5x, $200 on Max 20x) that you can link to your key in Claude's billing settings. The $19.99 a month pays for Agents Office itself; Fynl adds nothing on top of what the AI company charges.
8 agents, one click to set up, and every draft waits for your approval. $19.99 a month, or $200 a year.
