New Client Inquiry Replier
Drafts a careful, prompt reply to every new client inquiry, with no advice.
Weekdays at 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM and 8 PM
Someone who writes to a law firm, an accountant or an advisor is often anxious, and the first reply sets the tone. It should be prompt and careful, and it must not drift into advice. This team drafts that first reply, then chases missing documents and unsigned engagement letters so files keep moving.
An add-on to any Fynl plan: $19.99 a month or $200 a year. Drafts only, so nothing is sent without you.
8 agents work at 5 desks (Leads, Money, Clients, Reviews and Marketing). The New Client Inquiry Replier drafts a short reply with a consultation fee only if your site states one, and otherwise says fees depend on the matter. It gives no legal, tax or financial advice, promises no outcome and asks for no sensitive details by email. A deadline or court date mentioned in an inquiry goes first, as a task. You review every draft before it goes out.
Answers new inquiries and follows up with the ones who go quiet.

Each agent works on its own days and hours, in your business's time zone. This is a normal week for a firm, and it comes straight from the schedules in the team above.
The Weekly Owner Digest is ready at 7 AM. At 9 AM the Document & Deadline Reminders agent looks through your email threads for clients you asked for documents five or more days ago, and drafts a polite reminder listing exactly what is missing and the date it is needed. The Engagement Letter & Invoice Chaser follows at 10 AM, with retainers first.
The Local SEO Writer saves a general-information blog draft, such as how a process works or what to bring to a first meeting. The Referral Partner Notes agent drafts intros to other professionals who could send you clients, for a two-way referral relationship. The Review & Referral Asker drafts a request after a matter ends, with a note in its report that professional rules may limit review requests.
The Consultation Follow-up works through people who inquired or had a consultation and went quiet. The Engagement Letter & Invoice Chaser nudges unsigned engagement letters and proposals, pointing to the signing page from your earlier email.
The Local SEO Writer drafts a Google Business post of general information, and Document & Deadline Reminders keeps checking your calendar for deadlines and meetings in the next 14 days.
The Engagement Letter & Invoice Chaser makes its last pass, the Review & Referral Asker prepares another round, and the Consultation Follow-up sends its final notes of the week.
Nothing runs on Saturday or Sunday unless you press Run on an agent. The team picks up again on Monday at 7 AM.
The agents can read your leads, calendar, invoices and inbox, and they can write drafts and tasks. They cannot send an email, publish a post, book an appointment or change a lead or an invoice. Fynl does not send text messages or answer phone calls yet, and neither do the agents.
Every email, post and blog entry is saved as a draft: in your Gmail drafts, your Social Planner, Websites then Blog, or your task list. The agents have no way to send or publish anything.
You read it, change it and send it yourself. Each run ends with a short plain-English report of what the agent did and where its drafts are waiting.
The agents run on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, not a chat subscription. You pay the AI company directly, and you can revoke the key whenever you like.
You set a monthly spending limit for the agents. It starts at $25. If they reach it they pause until you raise it or the month turns over, and you are told.
In Agents Office, choose your kind of business. The whole firm team is set up in one click, each agent at its own desk.
Connect Gmail and add your own Claude or ChatGPT API key under Account then AI. Without a key an agent waits at its desk.
Open your drafts, edit what you like and send. You can change, pause or remove any agent whenever you want.
Agents, schedules and prices on this page were last checked on October 17, 2026.
No. It is written to answer in general terms, state fees only where your site does, and move the person toward a consultation. It does not give advice or promise outcomes, and the blog and Google posts it drafts end with a line that they are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.
Yes. It reads your email threads for requests you made five or more days ago that have not been answered, and drafts a reminder listing exactly what is missing and the date it is needed. It never puts sensitive numbers in the email, and a filing date within three days becomes a task for you.
Like every team, it reads the email in the Gmail account you connect and leaves drafts only. It is written to avoid sensitive details in what it drafts, but confidentiality rules differ by profession and place. Check your own rules before you connect an inbox that holds privileged material.
No. It follows up on letters and proposals you have already sent, three days or more after the original, with a short check-in that points to the signing page from your earlier email.
No. A chat subscription is not an API key. You may already use a chat subscription for your own drafting. Claude Pro, Claude Max, ChatGPT Plus and similar plans can't be connected to Fynl. The agents run on your own API key, which you create on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com for Claude, platform.openai.com for ChatGPT) and pay for per use. If you pay for Claude Max, it includes monthly API credits ($100 a month on Max 5x, $200 on Max 20x) that you can link to your key in Claude's billing settings. The $19.99 a month pays for Agents Office itself; Fynl adds nothing on top of what the AI company charges.
8 agents, one click to set up, and every draft waits for your approval. $19.99 a month, or $200 a year.
