Customer Inbox Replier
Drafts helpful replies to order, shipping, returns and product questions.
Weekdays at 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM and 5 PM
Most of a small shop's email is the same few questions: where is my order, can I return this, does it come in another size. Answering them takes the hours you meant to spend making things. This team drafts those replies, and does the quieter growth work: asking for reviews, bringing back past buyers and finding stockists.
An add-on to any Fynl plan: $19.99 a month or $200 a year. Drafts only, so nothing is sent without you.
8 agents work at 4 desks (Clients, Reviews, Money and Marketing). The Customer Inbox Replier goes through unread customer emails five times each weekday and saves a short reply as a draft, using your real shipping and returns policies from past emails or your website. It never invents a policy, a tracking number, a refund, a discount or a delivery date, and it leaves [ORDER INFO] when it cannot see the detail. An upset customer goes to the top, with a task for you to decide on any refund.
Looks after people who have booked or bought.
Drafts helpful replies to order, shipping, returns and product questions.

Each agent works on its own days and hours, in your business's time zone. This is a normal week for an online shop, and it comes straight from the schedules in the team above.
The Weekly Owner Digest is ready at 7 AM. The Product Post Planner drafts a product post at 9 AM for tomorrow, rotating between a product and why people like it, behind the scenes, a gift idea and a question for followers. The Wholesale Invoice Chaser follows up on unpaid wholesale invoices and unanswered line sheets at 10 AM.
The Buying Guide Writer saves a blog draft that answers a question shoppers ask before buying, taken from your customer emails. Reorder & Win-back Notes finds customers who last bought 60 to 120 days ago, the Stockist & Creator Notes agent drafts intros to boutiques, gift shops and creators, and the Review & Repeat Customer Asker drafts review requests for buyers about a week after delivery.
The Product Post Planner and the Wholesale Invoice Chaser run again, and the Customer Inbox Replier keeps working through the day.
Another pair of stockist and creator intros goes into your drafts, mentioning your wholesale line sheet if you have one.
A last product post of the week, the Wholesale Invoice Chaser's final pass, and the second round of review requests.
Nothing runs on Saturday or Sunday. The first inbox run on Monday at 9 AM looks back over the last two days, so anything that arrived over the weekend is covered.
The agents can read your leads, calendar, invoices and inbox, and they can write drafts and tasks. They cannot send an email, publish a post, book an appointment or change a lead or an invoice. Fynl does not send text messages or answer phone calls yet, and neither do the agents.
Every email, post and blog entry is saved as a draft: in your Gmail drafts, your Social Planner, Websites then Blog, or your task list. The agents have no way to send or publish anything.
You read it, change it and send it yourself. Each run ends with a short plain-English report of what the agent did and where its drafts are waiting.
The agents run on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, not a chat subscription. You pay the AI company directly, and you can revoke the key whenever you like.
You set a monthly spending limit for the agents. It starts at $25. If they reach it they pause until you raise it or the month turns over, and you are told.
In Agents Office, choose your kind of business. The whole shop team is set up in one click, each agent at its own desk.
Connect Gmail and add your own Claude or ChatGPT API key under Account then AI. Without a key an agent waits at its desk.
Open your drafts, edit what you like and send. You can change, pause or remove any agent whenever you want.
Agents, schedules and prices on this page were last checked on October 17, 2026.
The agents work from your Fynl account and your Gmail. The customer inbox, wholesale chasing and content agents work from your email and website. The review, reorder and win-back agents read customers and invoices in Fynl, so they need your orders there; if the list is empty, they say so rather than guess.
Not at the moment. It works from your Gmail inbox. Instagram and Facebook messages in the Fynl inbox are listed on our site as coming soon.
About a week after delivery, using customers in your Fynl account, with a second, different note after a repeat purchase. It asks everyone, skips anyone with an open complaint, never offers anything in return and never writes the review itself.
Each Tuesday the Buying Guide Writer saves one blog post draft that answers a question shoppers ask before buying: how to choose, how to care for it, gift ideas or comparisons. Questions come from your customer emails, product facts from your website, and nothing is published until you approve it.
No. A chat subscription is not an API key. You may already use a chat subscription to write product descriptions. Claude Pro, Claude Max, ChatGPT Plus and similar plans can't be connected to Fynl. The agents run on your own API key, which you create on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com for Claude, platform.openai.com for ChatGPT) and pay for per use. If you pay for Claude Max, it includes monthly API credits ($100 a month on Max 5x, $200 on Max 20x) that you can link to your key in Claude's billing settings. The $19.99 a month pays for Agents Office itself; Fynl adds nothing on top of what the AI company charges.
8 agents, one click to set up, and every draft waits for your approval. $19.99 a month, or $200 a year.
