Speed-to-Lead Replier
Drafts a personal reply with a starting price to every new inquiry, several times a day.
Every day at 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM and 8 PM
You are halfway through a shoot when a couple messages to ask whether your date is free. The reply that books them is quick and personal, with a starting price and one easy next step, and it is hard to write with a camera in your hand. This is the team that writes it for you, then looks after the quiet leads, the paperwork, the delivery and the review request.
An add-on to any Fynl plan: $19.99 a month or $200 a year. Drafts only, so nothing is sent without you.
12 agents work at 5 desks (Leads, Clients, Money, Reviews and Marketing), reading your Fynl leads, calendar and invoices and the email in your connected Gmail. The Speed-to-Lead Replier takes the starting price from your own price list or past emails, and puts a [PRICE] marker in the draft if it cannot find one. It checks your calendar so it never offers a date you have already booked. Nothing is sent: every reply, follow-up and post waits as a draft for you to edit and send.
Answers new inquiries and follows up with the ones who go quiet.

Each agent works on its own days and hours, in your business's time zone. This is a normal week for a photography business, and it comes straight from the schedules in the team above.
The Weekly Owner Digest is waiting at 7 AM: new leads and how many still need an answer, what is owed, and the one thing to do first. The Lead Source Report follows at 8 AM with where your inquiries came from (Instagram, Google, venues, planners, past clients) and what to try next. The Anniversary & Album Upsell agent drafts anniversary notes and album offers built only from prices you have sent before.
The Local SEO Writer saves a blog post draft that answers a question couples ask, such as a venue guide, a wedding-day timeline or what to wear. The Planner & Venue Partner Notes agent finds two real planners or venues near you and drafts a personal intro, and the Review & Referral Asker drafts requests for clients whose job ended about a week ago.
The Headshot & Corporate Prospector looks for local teams with a new team page, a recent hire or outdated photos, and drafts a short pitch for an on-site headshot day. The Booking & Contract Chaser makes its midweek pass at unsigned contracts and unpaid invoices.
The Local SEO Writer drafts a Google Business post, either a tip or a recent job with no private details. A second round of planner and venue intros goes into your drafts.
The Booking & Contract Chaser makes its last pass of the week, with retainers and deposits first, and the Review & Referral Asker prepares another round of requests. Delivery & Teaser has been checking your delivery dates all week and flags any that will be late.
Wedding inquiries do not keep office hours, so the Speed-to-Lead Replier still checks seven times a day, from 8 AM to 8 PM. Client Journey runs at 3 PM and drafts the night-before message for anyone you are shooting with tomorrow.
The agents can read your leads, calendar, invoices and inbox, and they can write drafts and tasks. They cannot send an email, publish a post, book an appointment or change a lead or an invoice. Fynl does not send text messages or answer phone calls yet, and neither do the agents.
Every email, post and blog entry is saved as a draft: in your Gmail drafts, your Social Planner, Websites then Blog, or your task list. The agents have no way to send or publish anything.
You read it, change it and send it yourself. Each run ends with a short plain-English report of what the agent did and where its drafts are waiting.
The agents run on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, not a chat subscription. You pay the AI company directly, and you can revoke the key whenever you like.
You set a monthly spending limit for the agents. It starts at $25. If they reach it they pause until you raise it or the month turns over, and you are told.
In Agents Office, choose your kind of business. The whole photography team is set up in one click, each agent at its own desk.
Connect Gmail and add your own Claude or ChatGPT API key under Account then AI. Without a key an agent waits at its desk.
Open your drafts, edit what you like and send. You can change, pause or remove any agent whenever you want.
Agents, schedules and prices on this page were last checked on October 17, 2026.
No. It writes the reply as a draft in your Gmail, under about 120 words, with the couple's name, one detail from their message, a starting price and one next step such as a 15-minute call or your booking link. You read it, change what you like and press send.
No. One team covers both. Most agents suit any kind of shoot, and the Headshot & Corporate Prospector (Wednesdays) is the one aimed at headshot work. You can change, pause or remove any agent after setup.
It drafts and you publish. Delivery & Teaser leaves a social teaser in your Social Planner after a job is finished, and the Local SEO Writer drafts Google Business posts. You add the photo and approve each one there.
Delivery & Teaser looks for jobs whose promised delivery date, taken from your contract and booking emails, is within a week or has passed. It adds a task for you and, if the job will be late, drafts an honest heads-up with a [NEW DATE] marker for you to fill in.
No. A chat subscription is not an API key. You may already pay for ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro to help with client emails. Claude Pro, Claude Max, ChatGPT Plus and similar plans can't be connected to Fynl. The agents run on your own API key, which you create on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com for Claude, platform.openai.com for ChatGPT) and pay for per use. If you pay for Claude Max, it includes monthly API credits ($100 a month on Max 5x, $200 on Max 20x) that you can link to your key in Claude's billing settings. The $19.99 a month pays for Agents Office itself; Fynl adds nothing on top of what the AI company charges.
12 agents, one click to set up, and every draft waits for your approval. $19.99 a month, or $200 a year.
