Salon, Barber & Spa team, 8 agents

AI agents for
salons, barbershops and spas

Your chair earns money only while someone is in it, and most booking questions arrive when your hands are busy. This team answers them, confirms tomorrow's clients, nudges regulars to rebook and writes the posts that fill your quiet days.

An add-on to any Fynl plan: $19.99 a month or $200 a year. Drafts only, so nothing is sent without you.

Your salon team: 8 agents at 5 desks

8 agents work at 5 desks (Leads, Clients, Reviews, Marketing and Money). The Booking Inquiry Replier drafts a reply with a starting price and two open times taken from your calendar, inside the opening hours your emails or website state. The Rebooking Nudge uses the visit interval that fits the service, so a cut gets a sooner reminder than a color or a facial. Nothing is sent without you; every message is a draft.

How it stays safe

The agents can read your leads, calendar, invoices and inbox, and they can write drafts and tasks. They cannot send an email, publish a post, book an appointment or change a lead or an invoice. Fynl does not send text messages or answer phone calls yet, and neither do the agents.

Drafts only

Every email, post and blog entry is saved as a draft: in your Gmail drafts, your Social Planner, Websites then Blog, or your task list. The agents have no way to send or publish anything.

You approve

You read it, change it and send it yourself. Each run ends with a short plain-English report of what the agent did and where its drafts are waiting.

Your own AI key

The agents run on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, not a chat subscription. You pay the AI company directly, and you can revoke the key whenever you like.

A monthly limit

You set a monthly spending limit for the agents. It starts at $25. If they reach it they pause until you raise it or the month turns over, and you are told.

In a salon, barbershop or spa, specifically

  • Your cancellation or late policy is quoted exactly as your past emails or website state it. The agent never invents a policy, a fee or a discount.
  • It says a few spots are open only when your calendar actually shows them, and it uses only offers you have already run.
  • Rebooking notes go to at most 10 clients per run, are never pushy, and skip anyone who already has a booking.
  • Review requests never offer anything in return, and an open complaint becomes a task for you instead of an ask.

How you start, and what it costs

Pick your team

In Agents Office, choose your kind of business. The whole salon team is set up in one click, each agent at its own desk.

Connect your AI key

Connect Gmail and add your own Claude or ChatGPT API key under Account then AI. Without a key an agent waits at its desk.

Check the drafts

Open your drafts, edit what you like and send. You can change, pause or remove any agent whenever you want.

$19.99/month
or
$200/year
about two months free
  • An add-on that works with any Fynl plan (Starter is $49 a month). It is not part of the Starter or Agency plan.
  • Set up the whole team for your kind of business in one click. Cancel any time.
  • The AI itself is billed to you by Anthropic or OpenAI on your own key, with a monthly limit you set. Fynl adds nothing on top.

Questions

About the salon team

Can it text my clients?

Not yet. Fynl does not send text messages, and the agents write email drafts only. Confirmations and reminders go out as emails from your own Gmail once you approve them.

Will it double-book me?

It only suggests two openings that your Fynl calendar shows as free, inside the opening hours your emails or website state. If it is unsure, it asks the client what day suits them.

Does it know how often each service needs rebooking?

It uses the interval your past emails or website suggest, such as sooner for a cut than for color or a facial. If it cannot tell, it says so in its report and asks you.

What are the open-slot posts?

On Monday, Wednesday and Friday the agent checks your calendar for the days with the most open time this week and drafts one Google Business post about a service people can book then. It lands in your Social Planner as a draft, and you approve it.

Can the salon team run on my ChatGPT Plus or Claude subscription?

No. A chat subscription is not an API key. You may already use a chat subscription to write captions or replies. Claude Pro, Claude Max, ChatGPT Plus and similar plans can't be connected to Fynl. The agents run on your own API key, which you create on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com for Claude, platform.openai.com for ChatGPT) and pay for per use. If you pay for Claude Max, it includes monthly API credits ($100 a month on Max 5x, $200 on Max 20x) that you can link to your key in Claude's billing settings. The $19.99 a month pays for Agents Office itself; Fynl adds nothing on top of what the AI company charges.

Give your salon, barbershop or spa a team that does the follow-up

8 agents, one click to set up, and every draft waits for your approval. $19.99 a month, or $200 a year.
