Real Estate Agent team, 8 agents

AI agents for
real estate agents

A buyer sends a showing request on a Friday evening. If it sits until Monday, they may already be talking to someone else. This team is built so nobody who contacts you waits long for a first answer, and so nobody who toured a home or closed with you is forgotten afterwards.

An add-on to any Fynl plan: $19.99 a month or $200 a year. Drafts only, so nothing is sent without you.

Your real estate team: 8 agents at 4 desks

8 agents work at 4 desks (Leads, Clients, Reviews and Marketing). The New Lead Replier drafts a short reply to every buyer and seller lead, using the listing details in your emails and on your website, and suggests two free times from your calendar. It never quotes a price, value or fee it cannot see, and it gives no legal or mortgage advice. Everything is a draft for you to send.

Leads desk, 3 agents

Answers new inquiries and follows up with the ones who go quiet.

New Lead Replier

Drafts a quick personal reply to every new buyer or seller lead.

Every day at 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM and 8 PM

Lead Nurture Follow-up

Follows up with leads who went quiet on days 2, 5, 8, 12 and 16, then stops.

Weekdays at 10 AM

Weekly Lead Digest

A short Monday report: leads, showings, where leads came from and what to do first.

Mon at 7 AM

What a week looks like

Each agent works on its own days and hours, in your business's time zone. This is a normal week for a real estate business, and it comes straight from the schedules in the team above.

  1. Monday

The Weekly Lead Digest arrives at 7 AM: how many new leads came in, how many are still unanswered, where they came from and what to do first. At 9 AM the Showing & Open House Follow-up prepares thank-you notes for everyone who saw a home or signed in over the weekend, and at 10 AM the Home Anniversary Check-in drafts notes to past clients whose closing anniversary is coming up.

    • 7 AM Weekly Lead Digest
    • 8 AM to 8 PM New Lead Replier
    • 9 AM Showing & Open House Follow-up
    • 10 AM Home Anniversary Check-in
    • 10 AM Lead Nurture Follow-up
  2. Tuesday

The Local Market Posts agent saves a blog draft that answers a buyer or seller question, such as a neighborhood guide or first-time buyer steps, with market figures only when it can cite a source. The Lender & Partner Notes agent drafts intros to lenders, inspectors, stagers or movers it finds near you, and the Closing Review & Referral Asker prepares requests for recent closings.

    • 8 AM Local Market Posts
    • 8 AM to 8 PM New Lead Replier
    • 9 AM Showing & Open House Follow-up
    • 10 AM Lead Nurture Follow-up
    • 10 AM Lender & Partner Notes
    • 11 AM Closing Review & Referral Asker
  3. Wednesday

The Lead Nurture Follow-up works through leads that went quiet, writing on day 2, 5, 8, 12 and 16 of the silence and then stopping. The Showing & Open House Follow-up keeps the thank-yous coming for anyone who saw a home in the last few days.

    • 8 AM to 8 PM New Lead Replier
    • 9 AM Showing & Open House Follow-up
    • 10 AM Lead Nurture Follow-up
  4. Thursday

Another pair of lender and partner intros goes into your drafts, and the Lead Nurture Follow-up checks again for leads that have gone quiet.

    • 8 AM to 8 PM New Lead Replier
    • 9 AM Showing & Open House Follow-up
    • 10 AM Lead Nurture Follow-up
    • 10 AM Lender & Partner Notes
  5. Friday

Local Market Posts drafts a Google Business post for the weekend, with a seasonal tip or a recent result and no private details. The Closing Review & Referral Asker prepares a second round of requests.

    • 8 AM Local Market Posts
    • 8 AM to 8 PM New Lead Replier
    • 9 AM Showing & Open House Follow-up
    • 10 AM Lead Nurture Follow-up
    • 11 AM Closing Review & Referral Asker
  6. Saturday and Sunday

The New Lead Replier keeps checking seven times a day, from 8 AM to 8 PM, including weekends, so an open-house question gets a draft by the next run.

How it stays safe

The agents can read your leads, calendar, invoices and inbox, and they can write drafts and tasks. They cannot send an email, publish a post, book an appointment or change a lead or an invoice. Fynl does not send text messages or answer phone calls yet, and neither do the agents.

Drafts only

Every email, post and blog entry is saved as a draft: in your Gmail drafts, your Social Planner, Websites then Blog, or your task list. The agents have no way to send or publish anything.

You approve

You read it, change it and send it yourself. Each run ends with a short plain-English report of what the agent did and where its drafts are waiting.

Your own AI key

The agents run on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, not a chat subscription. You pay the AI company directly, and you can revoke the key whenever you like.

A monthly limit

You set a monthly spending limit for the agents. It starts at $25. If they reach it they pause until you raise it or the month turns over, and you are told.

In a real estate business, specifically

  • It never quotes a price, a home value or a fee it cannot see in your emails, listing or website, and it gives no legal or mortgage advice.
  • For market numbers it searches the web and cites the source. It never invents a figure and never promises a price or a result.
  • The home anniversary note offers a no-obligation update on a home's value only if you have offered that before, and it never states a value itself.
  • If a client's thread shows an open complaint, it adds a task for you and skips the review or referral ask.

How you start, and what it costs

Pick your team

In Agents Office, choose your kind of business. The whole real estate team is set up in one click, each agent at its own desk.

Connect your AI key

Connect Gmail and add your own Claude or ChatGPT API key under Account then AI. Without a key an agent waits at its desk.

Check the drafts

Open your drafts, edit what you like and send. You can change, pause or remove any agent whenever you want.

$19.99/month
or
$200/year
about two months free
  • An add-on that works with any Fynl plan (Starter is $49 a month). It is not part of the Starter or Agency plan.
  • Set up the whole team for your kind of business in one click. Cancel any time.
  • The AI itself is billed to you by Anthropic or OpenAI on your own key, with a monthly limit you set. Fynl adds nothing on top.

Questions

About the real estate team

Will it follow up with open-house sign-ins?

Yes. Sign-ins that arrive as leads get a short thank-you that asks what they liked and suggests one next step, such as a second look or similar homes. If a sign-in has no email address, the agent adds a task so you can follow up another way.

Does it know my listings?

It reads the listing details in your emails, on your website and in your Fynl account. It states facts about a home only when it can find them there, and never guesses a price or a condition.

How does it handle leads who go quiet?

It writes on day 2, 5, 8, 12 and 16 after the last message and then stops for good. The notes move from a friendly check-in to something useful from your own site, one easy question about timing, a call or showing time your calendar shows free, and a kind last note.

Can it write my market updates?

It drafts a blog post and a Google Business post each week. Market figures come from web research with the source cited, and it never makes up a number. You edit and publish.

Can the real estate team run on my ChatGPT Plus or Claude subscription?

No. A chat subscription is not an API key. You may already pay for ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro to draft listing descriptions and emails. Claude Pro, Claude Max, ChatGPT Plus and similar plans can't be connected to Fynl. The agents run on your own API key, which you create on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com for Claude, platform.openai.com for ChatGPT) and pay for per use. If you pay for Claude Max, it includes monthly API credits ($100 a month on Max 5x, $200 on Max 20x) that you can link to your key in Claude's billing settings. The $19.99 a month pays for Agents Office itself; Fynl adds nothing on top of what the AI company charges.
