Catering & Event Inquiry Replier
Drafts a fast reply with a per-person range to every catering or event inquiry.
Every day at 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM and 8 PM
A dining room runs itself on the day. Catering orders, private events and office lunches are different: they arrive as emails, usually while you are mid-service. This team answers those, chases the deposits, and keeps your online reviews and specials from piling up.
An add-on to any Fynl plan: $19.99 a month or $200 a year. Drafts only, so nothing is sent without you.
8 agents work at 4 desks (Leads, Money, Reviews and Marketing). The Catering & Event Inquiry Replier drafts a fast reply with a per-person or package range from your price list or past emails, asks about dietary needs without promising anything about allergies, and offers a tasting or asks for the date, guest count and budget. The Review Reply Drafter adds a task for each new review it finds in your inbox alerts, with a suggested reply written out for you to post.
Answers new inquiries and follows up with the ones who go quiet.

Each agent works on its own days and hours, in your business's time zone. This is a normal week for a restaurant or café, and it comes straight from the schedules in the team above.
The Weekly Owner Digest is ready at 7 AM: catering inquiries, events booked, money owed and one thing to do first. At 9 AM Specials & Google Posts drafts a Google Business post about this week's specials or hours, and the Review Reply Drafter checks your inbox for new review alerts. The Deposit & Invoice Chaser follows at 10 AM, with deposits ahead of final invoices.
The Office & Event Partner Notes agent finds nearby offices, hotels, coworking spaces, event planners and schools that could order catering, and drafts a personal intro with a link to your catering menu if you have one. The Event Review & Referral Asker drafts requests for hosts whose event was about a week ago.
Specials & Google Posts drafts a social post about a dish, a behind-the-scenes moment or a weekend plan, and the Deposit & Invoice Chaser makes its midweek pass.
The Catering Quote Follow-up keeps checking quotes that got no answer, on day 2, 5, 8, 12 and 16: a sample menu or a photo of a past event on day 5, and a tasting offered on day 12 if their date is still open.
Another post from Specials & Google Posts for the weekend, a last pass from the Deposit & Invoice Chaser, and the Event Review & Referral Asker's second round.
The Catering & Event Inquiry Replier runs seven days a week, seven times a day from 8 AM to 8 PM, so an inquiry that arrives on a Saturday has a draft waiting within a couple of hours during the day.
The agents can read your leads, calendar, invoices and inbox, and they can write drafts and tasks. They cannot send an email, publish a post, book an appointment or change a lead or an invoice. Fynl does not send text messages or answer phone calls yet, and neither do the agents.
Every email, post and blog entry is saved as a draft: in your Gmail drafts, your Social Planner, Websites then Blog, or your task list. The agents have no way to send or publish anything.
You read it, change it and send it yourself. Each run ends with a short plain-English report of what the agent did and where its drafts are waiting.
The agents run on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, not a chat subscription. You pay the AI company directly, and you can revoke the key whenever you like.
You set a monthly spending limit for the agents. It starts at $25. If they reach it they pause until you raise it or the month turns over, and you are told.
In Agents Office, choose your kind of business. The whole restaurant team is set up in one click, each agent at its own desk.
Connect Gmail and add your own Claude or ChatGPT API key under Account then AI. Without a key an agent waits at its desk.
Open your drafts, edit what you like and send. You can change, pause or remove any agent whenever you want.
Agents, schedules and prices on this page were last checked on October 17, 2026.
No. It watches your inbox for review alerts from Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable and Facebook, and adds a task for each new review with a suggested reply written out. You paste and post it yourself. If there are no review alerts in your inbox, it tells you and suggests turning them on.
No. This team is built for catering, private events, reviews and posts. Fynl does not answer phone calls or send text messages yet, so a reservation line stays with you.
The reply gives a per-person or package range taken from your price list or past emails, never an invented one (otherwise the draft carries a [PRICE] marker). It checks your calendar for events already booked on their date, then suggests a tasting or asks for the date, guest count and budget.
The Deposit & Invoice Chaser reminds on unpaid invoices that are due within three days or overdue, with deposits ahead of final invoices, and checks in on catering quotes and event proposals that have had no reply for three days. After 21 days overdue it adds a task for you to call.
No. A chat subscription is not an API key. You might already use a chat subscription to write menus or captions. Claude Pro, Claude Max, ChatGPT Plus and similar plans can't be connected to Fynl. The agents run on your own API key, which you create on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com for Claude, platform.openai.com for ChatGPT) and pay for per use. If you pay for Claude Max, it includes monthly API credits ($100 a month on Max 5x, $200 on Max 20x) that you can link to your key in Claude's billing settings. The $19.99 a month pays for Agents Office itself; Fynl adds nothing on top of what the AI company charges.
8 agents, one click to set up, and every draft waits for your approval. $19.99 a month, or $200 a year.
