New Request Replier
Drafts a fast reply with a price range and two visit times to every request.
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat at 7 AM, 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM, 5 PM and 7 PM
A homeowner with a broken water heater writes to two or three companies and gets on with their day. The reply that arrives first, with a price range and two visit times, is hard to beat. This team drafts that reply while you are under a sink, then chases the quote, the invoice and the review.
An add-on to any Fynl plan: $19.99 a month or $200 a year. Drafts only, so nothing is sent without you.
8 agents work at 5 desks (Leads, Money, Reviews, Clients and Marketing). The New Request Replier checks for new requests seven times a day from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday, and drafts a reply with a typical price range from your price list and two free times for an estimate visit. An emergency such as flooding, gas or sparks goes to the top of your list as a task, and the draft tells the customer to call emergency services if anyone is in danger. Nothing goes out unless you send it.
Answers new inquiries and follows up with the ones who go quiet.

Tue, Thu at 10 AM
Each agent works on its own days and hours, in your business's time zone. This is a normal week for a home services business, and it comes straight from the schedules in the team above.
The Weekly Owner Digest is ready at 7 AM. At 10 AM the Quote Follow-up works through estimates that got no answer, the Invoice Chaser drafts reminders for anything due within three days or overdue, and the Seasonal Tune-up Reminders agent finds customers whose last job was about a year ago and drafts a reminder for the service due this season.
The Local SEO Writer saves a blog draft on a question homeowners ask, and the Property Manager & Realtor Notes agent drafts intros to property managers, realtors, inspectors or builders who need a reliable trade. At 11 AM the Job Follow-up & Review Asker checks in on recent jobs and asks for reviews.
The Quote Follow-up keeps going on day 2, 5, 8, 12 and 16 after each estimate, and the Invoice Chaser makes its midweek pass.
The Local SEO Writer drafts a Google Business post, a tip or a recent job with no private details, and another pair of partner intros goes into your drafts.
The Invoice Chaser makes its last pass of the week, with a task for you to call anyone 21 or more days overdue. The Job Follow-up & Review Asker prepares another round of check-ins and requests.
Saturday keeps the New Request Replier running, seven times from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Sunday is quiet: nothing runs on its own, though you can press Run on any agent.
The agents can read your leads, calendar, invoices and inbox, and they can write drafts and tasks. They cannot send an email, publish a post, book an appointment or change a lead or an invoice. Fynl does not send text messages or answer phone calls yet, and neither do the agents.
Every email, post and blog entry is saved as a draft: in your Gmail drafts, your Social Planner, Websites then Blog, or your task list. The agents have no way to send or publish anything.
You read it, change it and send it yourself. Each run ends with a short plain-English report of what the agent did and where its drafts are waiting.
The agents run on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, not a chat subscription. You pay the AI company directly, and you can revoke the key whenever you like.
You set a monthly spending limit for the agents. It starts at $25. If they reach it they pause until you raise it or the month turns over, and you are told.
In Agents Office, choose your kind of business. The whole trades team is set up in one click, each agent at its own desk.
Connect Gmail and add your own Claude or ChatGPT API key under Account then AI. Without a key an agent waits at its desk.
Open your drafts, edit what you like and send. You can change, pause or remove any agent whenever you want.
Agents, schedules and prices on this page were last checked on October 17, 2026.
It does not create or send quotes. It follows up on quotes you have already sent: on day 2, 5, 8, 12 and 16 it writes a check-in, an answer to the likely questions, a gentle is-anything-holding-you-back, the next open times from your calendar and a kind last note, then it stops. You make quotes in Fynl as usual.
Flooding, gas and sparks are the examples built into the agent. When a request looks like one, it puts a Call now task with the name and phone number at the top of your list and tells the customer to call emergency services if anyone is in danger. It is a prompt to call, not a replacement for your own on-call process.
It is written for local trades in general: plumbers, HVAC and electrical pros, cleaners, landscapers and similar. The seasonal reminder works out which service your customers usually need next from your past jobs and emails, such as a spring or fall tune-up, a yearly check or a seasonal clean.
A day or two after the job it checks in on how it went. About a week later it drafts a short review request with your review link. It asks every customer, skips anyone with an open complaint (you get a task instead), and never offers anything in return.
No. A chat subscription is not an API key. You may use a chat subscription to word the occasional email. Claude Pro, Claude Max, ChatGPT Plus and similar plans can't be connected to Fynl. The agents run on your own API key, which you create on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com for Claude, platform.openai.com for ChatGPT) and pay for per use. If you pay for Claude Max, it includes monthly API credits ($100 a month on Max 5x, $200 on Max 20x) that you can link to your key in Claude's billing settings. The $19.99 a month pays for Agents Office itself; Fynl adds nothing on top of what the AI company charges.
8 agents, one click to set up, and every draft waits for your approval. $19.99 a month, or $200 a year.
