Estimate Request Replier
Drafts a fast reply with a starting price and drop-off times to every request.
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat at 7 AM, 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM, 5 PM and 7 PM
A driver with a warning light sends a message to a couple of shops and books the one that answers with a sensible next step. You are under a car when that message arrives. This team writes the answer: a starting range, a drop-off time and the right questions, without trying to diagnose anything by email.
An add-on to any Fynl plan: $19.99 a month or $200 a year. Drafts only, so nothing is sent without you.
8 agents work at 5 desks (Leads, Clients, Money, Reviews and Marketing). The Estimate Request Replier checks seven times a day from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. It asks for the year, make, model and symptoms, says the price depends on inspection, and offers a drop-off time your calendar shows free. When an estimate goes quiet, Estimate Follow-up answers likely questions using only what the estimate says. Months later, Next Service Reminders brings the customer back.
Answers new inquiries and follows up with the ones who go quiet.
Drafts a fast reply with a starting price and drop-off times to every request.

Tue, Thu at 10 AM
Each agent works on its own days and hours, in your business's time zone. This is a normal week for an auto shop, and it comes straight from the schedules in the team above.
The Weekly Owner Digest is ready at 7 AM. At 10 AM the Estimate Follow-up works through quotes with no answer, the Invoice Chaser drafts reminders for unpaid invoices, including fleet and business accounts, and Next Service Reminders finds customers whose last visit was about five to six months ago (sooner for a detail) and drafts a note naming what they had done.
The Local SEO Writer saves a local blog draft, such as warning signs or seasonal car care. The Fleet & Local Partner Notes agent drafts intros to small fleets, delivery and rental companies, dealers, property managers and body shops, and at noon the Review & Referral Asker drafts requests for customers who picked up their car three to seven days ago.
Estimate Follow-up and the Invoice Chaser each make their midweek pass.
The Local SEO Writer drafts a Google Business post, another round of fleet and partner intros goes into your drafts, and Next Service Reminders makes its second run.
The Invoice Chaser makes its last pass of the week, with a task for you to call anyone 21 or more days overdue. The Review & Referral Asker prepares another round at noon.
Saturday keeps the Estimate Request Replier running, seven times from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Sunday is quiet: nothing runs on its own, though you can press Run on any agent.
The agents can read your leads, calendar, invoices and inbox, and they can write drafts and tasks. They cannot send an email, publish a post, book an appointment or change a lead or an invoice. Fynl does not send text messages or answer phone calls yet, and neither do the agents.
Every email, post and blog entry is saved as a draft: in your Gmail drafts, your Social Planner, Websites then Blog, or your task list. The agents have no way to send or publish anything.
You read it, change it and send it yourself. Each run ends with a short plain-English report of what the agent did and where its drafts are waiting.
The agents run on your own Claude or ChatGPT API key, not a chat subscription. You pay the AI company directly, and you can revoke the key whenever you like.
You set a monthly spending limit for the agents. It starts at $25. If they reach it they pause until you raise it or the month turns over, and you are told.
In Agents Office, choose your kind of business. The whole shop team is set up in one click, each agent at its own desk.
Connect Gmail and add your own Claude or ChatGPT API key under Account then AI. Without a key an agent waits at its desk.
Open your drafts, edit what you like and send. You can change, pause or remove any agent whenever you want.
Agents, schedules and prices on this page were last checked on October 17, 2026.
It gives a starting range from your price list or past emails, never an invented one, and says the final price depends on inspection. It does not diagnose a problem from a message.
Yes. The team is written for repair shops, mobile mechanics, detailers and tire shops. Next Service Reminders allows for shorter intervals for a detail than for a repair, based on what your past emails suggest.
Yes. The Invoice Chaser covers business and fleet accounts the same way as everyone else: a friendly reminder, a clearer second one, and a task for you to call after 21 days. It also checks in on estimates and fleet quotes that have had no reply for three days.
Email replies appear in your Gmail drafts, in the same conversation as the customer's message. Posts appear in your Social Planner, blog posts under Websites, and tasks under Contacts. Each agent also leaves a short report of what it did.
No. A chat subscription is not an API key. You may already use a chat subscription for the occasional email. Claude Pro, Claude Max, ChatGPT Plus and similar plans can't be connected to Fynl. The agents run on your own API key, which you create on the company's developer site (console.anthropic.com for Claude, platform.openai.com for ChatGPT) and pay for per use. If you pay for Claude Max, it includes monthly API credits ($100 a month on Max 5x, $200 on Max 20x) that you can link to your key in Claude's billing settings. The $19.99 a month pays for Agents Office itself; Fynl adds nothing on top of what the AI company charges.
8 agents, one click to set up, and every draft waits for your approval. $19.99 a month, or $200 a year.
